(January 8, 2013) — Sara Jerde is a sophomore in Ohio University’s E.W. Scripps School of Journalism, but will spending spring semester as a Statehouse News Bureau at The Columbus Dispatch. She has kept a column for two local newspapers and has contributed to The Post’s campus for over a year in various positions including staff writer, copy editor and assistant campus editor. She enjoys all Harry Potter books and films, Florence + the Machine and wandering around Geauga County, where she lives only because Hogwarts is too far away.
