Chips Quinn Scholars Program For Diversity in Journalism
Equipping the next generation of journalists with the skills they will need to succeed in tomorrow’s newsrooms.
-Paid 10- to 12-week internship at one of a variety of host newsrooms across the country.
-A week-long, all-expenses-paid orientation and multimedia training at the John Seigenthaler Center in Nashville, Tenn.
-Stipend for travel and for internship location.
-Intensive, ongoing training and mentoring by journalism professionals.
-Networking with nearly 1,400 Chips Quinn Scholar alumni.
Applications should be postmarked by October 15, 2017.
