Lawhon & Associates, Inc. seeking Administrative Assistant/Marketing Coordinator
Lawhon & Associates, Inc. is seeking an energetic and self-motivated individual to fill an open administrative position in our Columbus office. The successful candidate will be responsible for updating and maintaining L&A’s website, preparing marketing documents, including Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) and presentation materials, managing client databases, coordinating conferences and trade shows, and maintaining relationships with L&A’s clients in the architectural and engineering communities. Additionally, they will be tasked with answering the phone, greeting guests and providing administrative support to Principals and staff. The selected individual will be also be responsible managing employee training, certifications and memberships and coordinating company vehicle management.
Qualified candidates will possess a High School Education or Bachelor’s Degree. At least two years of practical experience providing marketing and/or administrative support is desired. Customer service/sales experience is a plus.
