Project Manager

LensCAAP is seeking a Project Manager to oversee LensCAAP’s entire video production cycle.

The key characteristics of the ideal candidate include:

- Creativity

- An entrepreneurial spirit

Responsibilities:

- Overseeing video production cycle

(customer acquisition,

discovery, concept development, pre-production, production, post-production, and delivery)

- Involved with discovery, concept development, pre-production, and delivery phases

- Support customer acquisition, production, and pre-production

- Develop intake and

other forms that support the video production cycle

- Scheduling: Managing the client’s schedule with LensCAAP staff’s schedule

- Storytelling: We need someone who is a great listener and has the creative knack to convey an organization’s

message into a concise and compelling script/narrative

- Customer Service: The Project Manager/Storyteller will be the main point-of-contact for all LensCAAP’s client

- Other duties as assigned by the Creative Director

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study required

- Demonstrate industry experience (per the position description) and demonstrated project accomplishments

- Demonstrate an ability to effectively manage the storytelling process

- Execute design ideas and implement creative direction for projects with predetermined deadlines

- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud

- Willingness to work flexible hours

- Ability to lift and load equipment weighing up to 50-pounds

- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time

- Travel time to client sites is expected. Reimbursement for travel using a personal vehicle will be provided. Your own personal working vehicle will be required

Familiarity with video production shoots and techniques, lighting and audio recording tools, video editing techniques and photography and photography editing is a plus.
